OFFICIALS have stepped in to stop controversial tipping and dredging works next to a Darlington nature reserve.
Residents living near Drinkfield Marsh, in the Harrowgate Farm area of the town, complained to Darlington Borough Council after diggers were spotted at the site working day and night.See the full content of this document
