Nuts and bolts win prizes
TWO schoolgirls won prizes for their guesswork after calculating the number of Meccano pieces used in an exhibit at Kirkleatham Museum, near Redcar. More than 3,000 youngsters took part in the challenge. Jessica Bayley, of Norton, won the competition, guessing 1,631 pieces, only two short of the correct number. Runner-up was Shannon Ripley, of Darlington. They both won limited edition Meccano sets.See the full content of this document
