MOURNERS were yesterday asked to carry a donor card to pay tribute to a teenager who underwent a lifesaving heart transplant three years ago.

Seventeen-year-old Rachel Wakeford died on February 16 suffering from acute heart rejection, a condition her parents Paul and Carol always knew could one day take the life of their youngest daughter.
