THE head of the Tees Valley's Local Enterprise Partnership (LEP) has hit back at a thinktank's claims about the organisation, saying they are "flawed" and "wrong".

Stephen Catchpole, managing director at Tees Valley Unlimited, spoke out after the Centre for Cities yesterday criticised both his organisation and the majority of the other first 24 LEPs.
