THE Icelandic volcano eruption could continue to cause disruption for several years, an expert has warned.
Dr Andy Russell, of Newcastle University said that when the volcano last erupted in 1821, it continued to emit ash sporadically for two years. "Ash is still continuing to be emitted, " he said.
