A TEENAGE campaigner who fought to save rural bus routes was one of the first passengers to board the replacement services launched this week.
In October, bus company Arriva caused fury among people living in Teesdale, County Durham, after announcing it was withdrawing some of its "unviable" services in the area, including the 95 and 96 between Barnard Castle and Middleton-in-Teesdale, and the 84 and 85 services between Barnard Castle and Darlington, via Evenwood, Cockfield and Bishop Auckland.See the full content of this document
