CLEVELAND Fire Brigade is helping jobless young adults get a foot on the career ladder through an intensive 12-week scheme designed to change their lives.
Fifteen people aged 16 to 25 will be given the opportunity to gain a Prince's Trust Certificate in Employment, Teamwork and Community Skills -a nationally recognised qualification, The full- time scheme consists of a residential teambuilding week, a work placement and a team challenge starting on Monday, January 23.
