HUNDREDS of bikers joined a go-slow protest on one of the region's major routes in protest at proposed EU legislation they say will discourage people from riding motorcycles.
The group, who are from the region, left Scotch Corner services on the A1(M) at 1pm yesterday and rode north in convoy, using the inside lanes and riding at about 45mph for about 20 miles before dispersing.See the full content of this document
